| Hi... I purchased a set of these glasses, and they arrived quickly, but broken. After using amazon.com's return procedure, the vendor notified me that they would send me another set, no charge. I got the second set, all intact, just as fast. I got exactly what I wanted, and I'm glad to give the vendor a really good review. Thanks! |

| I love my new glasses. The unique shape of the glasses is always a question that gets brought up when company is over. Everyone loves them. The first shipment I received was shattered to peices, but with a few clicks to the customer service department, a new package was sent out in no time. |

These glasses are great. They feel heavy and do not feel flimsy and cheap. In response to others' comments:
- I agree these glasses may not be for you if you don't have a dishwasher. Handwashing may be tough.
- Someone mentioned there is a line going down the glass, I see what they are talking about but it is very subtle and does not bother me at all. |
