| This is a really nice bread box and holds 2 loaves of bread with plenty of room to spare for bagels and/or rolls. It has an attractive finish that goes well with my other black appliances (perfectly matches my Kitchen Aid mixer). I am thinking of getting an extra bin to hold the attachments for my mixer and other appliances (to eliminate some of the drawer clutter that has resulted from storing all the little 'extras' that come with things these days). It would also make an attractive storage box for office or hobby/crafting supplies. The base of the box seems rather lightweight, but the lid is heavy and so it makes for a nice fit and firm seal. The only con is that the tape used to seal the box for shipping leaves behind a very heavy and sticky residue that is hard to remove. Overall this is a nice addition to my kitchen. |

| I needed a place to store kitchen utensils, due to a lack of drawer space. This was the perfect solution. Not only is it functionally just right, it looks very smart on my counter top. |

| Nice size bread box. It fits quite alot and is a nice retro style. Price could have been a little lower but it is good quality. |
A little flimsy

| It is as described but the hasp when you open it sticks a little, then when you lift it, the whole box lifts a bit, bread is not too heavy so it does not stay in place, you kind of have to hold the box and then lift the lid. |
